Shipping policy

“All orders will be shipped the following week after the order is placed. Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via UPS Next Day Air.”

For example:

Orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Overnight. Order will be shipped the following week after the
Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Orders placed after Wednesday may be held until the following shipping week to avoid fish being delayed in transit over the weekend.

An adult should be available to receive the package upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
RAFES Cichlids is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only when:

A DOA (Dead on Arrival) claim is reported within 1 hour of the carrier’s delivery time.
A clear video is provided showing the unopened bag containing the fish.
The fish remains in the original unopened shipping bag.

Approved DOA claims will receive store credit only.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or special events.

RAFES Cichlids reserves the right to delay shipments due to extreme weather conditions to ensure the safety and health of the fish.
