Welcome to RAFES Cichlids. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Live Fish Sales
All fish sold by RAFES Cichlids are live animals and may vary slightly in color, pattern, and size from photographs shown on our website.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are shipped via overnight delivery on designated shipping days.
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
- RAFES Cichlids is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Our Live Arrival Guarantee applies only under the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All live fish sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on live animals. Approved DOA claims will receive store credit only. Shipping must paid by the customer for any store credit issues.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Proper acclimation of fish upon arrival.
- Maintaining suitable water quality and aquarium conditions.
- Researching compatibility of fish before purchase.
RAFES Cichlids is not responsible for fish losses resulting from improper acclimation, poor water quality, disease outbreaks, aggression, or other conditions after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
RAFES Cichlids’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the fish ordered. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
RAFES Cichlids reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
